I think Otto has moved in with the Greens and the NGOs!

Ecuador is bad enough with the government, but at least Correa wants the revenue flow from the natural resources of his country to help fund his socialist policies....

Correa needs those funds now!....so I don't know how the lawyers are going to move the military out of the way when Correa places them there to protect the "Foreign Devils" from the locals...
