The Ecuadorian Congresillo has mandated the cessation of all activities by the countries Flora and Fauna for the next six months. Nature has been ordered to comply with this mandate until laws have been devised and enacted which will make perfectly clear the scope of Nature's rights.

In the meantime all Flora have been ordered to stop growing, all streams, trees bushes, plants and flowers will remain as they are. All Fauna have been ordered to cease and desist birthing and dying.

The Minister for Nature's rights, has declared that these new laws, when they are enacted, will be of great benefit to nature, including Spectacle bears.
