I can't help but comment on the quote from the last paragraph of the Northern Miner article..........

An overwhelming majority does not necessarily mean it truly represents the wish of the majority of shareholders, or the process was fair. Just look at everytime they re-elected Robert Mugabwe as president in Zimbabwe. We are sure the majority he got were equally impressive everytime.
