This board was instituted by Safeharbour way before the final takeover of Kinross .

He was a little to early at the time but is idea was for a good meaning purpose.

It should have continued the Aru discussion after Aru was delisted ,so it was just for spill over of the members and he knew that there would no takers from Kinross.

So you see,the board has got only few stragglers that were involved into the take over and looks and feels cold ,uninteresting lacking the enthusiasm ,the vigor and the passion of a fighting battle.
