i use schwab and i have both the shares and warrants now. kgc is trading for less than k.to because the us dollar trades at more than a 20% premium to the canadian dollar. that spread should narrow and close as the us dollar weakens. right now the us dollar reminds me of the roadrunner cartoon, when the coyote runs off a cliff and he's standing there in space, and he doesn't realize yet there's nothing holding him up. but when he does...

the currencies that have been clobbered the worst are the ones whose economies are commodity based, like canada and australia. so when commodities strengthen, we should get a double advantage of stronger gold prices, and a stronger canadian dollar to push up the price of kgc toward parity with k.to.

the warrants still don't have a discrete ticker symbol, so they are listed on my statement as the security number 4013450, but they are valued at 0.9596, and the amount is included in my account total. the warrants should have a us ticker symbol soon, but at least they were issued.
