intogold....you make it sound like Kinross shares are going to pop up in your account....have your received a notice from your broker yet explaining what you have to do?... and if you have.... have you accepted that? Until you have agreed to accept the Kinross shares this will not happen until the time line for you to dissent has past ( 20 days I think)... I take it from all your postings that you are no longer a dissenting ARU shareholder and are not going to court to see if you can get "a fairer price" for your ARU shares....

There is nothing wrong with that as I doubt if anyone will get anything more than what was offered by Kinross.....

On the other hand if you are still dissenting and going to court then you are a long way from your Kinross shares or your "fairer price" for your ARU shares....

I hope this puts a little light on your dilemma and again I stress that you go back and read pages 53 to 58 of the Kinross offer...
