I did not say that Kinross has completed the compulsory acquisition...to the contrary... AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY HAVE NOT.. the process is just starting and will take months.... I think you have me mixed up with someone else....

This compulsory acquisition will take at least one and probably two or three months...IMHO

I think oiramoric is the one that keeps saying the "compulsory acquisition" is complete....and it is not !!
