First of all the compulsory acquisition is not complete and will not be done for some time ( unknown time schedule). Secondly, the TSX delisted ARU and not Kinross.....the TSX can delist a stock if certain criteria is not kept.....like the amount of float being too small...etc.
The compulsory acquisition will probably go on for months....they have to send you a notice ...you have to reply if you disent...and then you have to go to court...if you don't disent then it will be quicker....I am not an attorney...I SUGGEST YOU GO BACK AND READ THE OFFER WHICH CONTAINS A LARGE SECTION ON COMUPSORY ACQUISITION...
If you want to tender your shares to Kinross I suggest you contact Kinross....they will happily take your shares and will tell you exactly what you have to do....they want to get as many shares as they can before they have to got to court...
