OK, here's the deal. This is not supposed to be a Rah! Rah! Board. This is a criticism I have heard leveled against other boards on Agoracom. It is very hard for me to personally ban someone from this board because I do believe in the institution of free speech and fair discussion. Granted Baires is not inspirational to Kimber shareholders. I believe that that's his make up. I was concerned about this as were a few major shareholders in the company, so I telephoned Baires and talked to him about the issue. I can tell you after talking to him, that I believe he is a pretty good guy. I don't think he is a stock operator. Although I could be wrong. An associate of mine who spent three years in Japan and Russia working in Military Counter-intelligence for the U.S. Marines says that I am wrong and that Baires displays all the classic attirbutes of an "operator." I am not disputing that. I am willing to give ol' Baires the benefit of the doubt, however. I do understand that he, like you and I, is simply thirsting for knowledge and trying to make a good investment. He is heavily invested in Tyhee as I'm sure all of you know. You may also know that I think that is a big mistake. That doesn't mean I think Baires is an unintelligent guy, just that he sees thing differently than you or I see them. Also, I agree with what Seeker is saying about Dave Webb. (Dave Webb is the CEO of Tyhee) Personally I find his (Webb’s) judgment poor, his choices of words during interviews unwise and therefore, his leadership capacities questionable. I find his business plan questionable as well and his understanding of his business plan even more questionable. I am sure Baires feels differently about the man that I do, but this is life in the United States. I don't always enjoy what Baires writes, but it inspires me to do more homework. It makes me a little bit uncomfortable sometimes and facilitates a few phone calls to higher up people at Kimber that helps put me back on track. *
