Maybe somebody has been reading the September 2011 investor presentation

"Growing Gold and Silver Assets on the Path to Production" recently released on the Kimber website:

http://www.kimberresources.com/files/file/KBR%20presentation%20September%202011(1).pdf

At $1500 gold and $35 silver the valuation on Kimber is $5 per share, and that does not take into account the recent 30,000 meter drilling program.

The time line shows the pre-feasibility due by the end of October and the initiation of a feasibility study at the same time.

The take home message "Growing Gold and Silver Assets on the Path to Production" also means that if a major does not come along with a suitable buyout offer, Kimber will go into production themselves, starting around 2014. The company valuation WILL at some point catchup to the price of gold, and if it does not, the company can use the revenue from its own gold sales to buy back its undervalued shares, or prehaps pay dividends in gold and silver bullion. Buy the way....with almost 60MM oz silver, and the gold to silver ratio to correct to historic averages, Kimbers silver will be worth BILLIONS. Plus there are several silver properties in the Kimber portfolio waiting to be explored while feasibility studies are being concluded on Monterde.

Bottom line - A buyout or production, either way a higher valuation is gauranteed. A breakout above $2 and we are on our way to the moon via NASA space launch.
