Message: Moved in and Hooked Up

Hello All:

I'm all moved in now and have the internet hooked up, so thought I'd share a few thoughts. Actually, I'm just going to post responses to a few letters anonymously from a fellow Kimber investor:

#1 Liz, We are almost assured success with Kimber. News involving the company is no longer important. All that is important is the stability of markets and the stability of Mexico, neither of which I am worried about very much at all. Now is not the time to give up. I bought another twenty thousand shares last week. I think there is a good chance of a run-up in September or October.

p.s. I am still very interested to see if I am right about the market collapsing in the first three weeks of September. I am positioned very well if something like that should happen. Interestingly enough, I heard an interview with Peter Eliades on Goldseek where he called for a downturn to start on the exact day I did, Sept. 3rd. So far, we've both been wrong. But few have a track record like Peter Eliades, so I'm in good company anyways if I am wrong. Very little chance I'm wrong about Kimber, however. Should be a big winner for both of us in time. Bull

Liz, Keep in mind that in the short run there need not necessarily be any correlation between the gold price and the Kimber price. When gold was at $600, Kimber was over $2.00. The Kimber price is not driven by fundamentals of any type. It is driven by investor sentiment right now until big buyers come in and take over. There are numerous traders all over America trading in and out of Kimber at regular intervals according to computer programs that these people saw advertised on late night television. They do not know what they are doing. Market prices right now have very little to do with underlying economic fundamentals or real world events. This might go on for awhile, just like a Monopoly game might go on for awhile even after one player, unbeknownst to the rest, starts pilfering money from the bank. Sooner or later, he is figured out and everything falls apart. Bull

you know, kimber has taken a big downturn this week. (and I don't think they are doing any drilling either.) now is when the price should be perking up, not sinking. if tis week is a good week for gold but not kimber then I may give up.
