Swim,

It's a cliched analogy, but sometimes appropriate. You suddenly find that the new car you desire has had 20 percent, maybe more, lopped off its price. Do you buy?

Same thing for a house. New shoes. You get the picture.

Stocks seem to be the only good that the higher the price, the more people want to buy; the lower the price, the more they hate them.

I think Kimber is doing something. I could be wrong. However, I ended up making money averaging into the previous big decline, that ended with a tripling in weeks. In this instance, I am doing much the same. Just bought some KBX yesterday. I'm considering more today.

Hysteria did a price analysis of KBX in this forum recently, suggesting it was fairly priced just on the far side of $1. If that is/was true, then the stock has been discounted. Others who post here have posited a larger fair-market value, anticipating a growing reserve base.

This is a lot like poker, really. You have to decide, on a gut level, whether or not you hold the winning hand based on incomplete information. Sometimes opponents will attempt to take advantage of your uncertainty by pressuring you off the winning hand. This could be such an instance. My read is that this stock will be a winner for me. But it's a decision each individual must make based on his or her own circumstances.

That's the question you must answer for yourself.
