Creating value through Exploration and Development in the Sierra Madre of Mexico
Well, all, we are about to find out if my belief in the decoupling of the gold and broader markets is about to take place. What will happen? Will the big money come in and start buying gold and gold shares? Will everything collapse again together in a heap.? (Well, actually that didn't happen, not really. Gold, the metal, never really did collapse.) But still, it looks like we might just have a real pressure cooker on our hands here. Sitting for the outcome will be most exhilarating, to put it lightly. Of all the things we shall soon see, this is to be the most important: We are about to see what we are all made of.
One of the oldest apocryphal sayings on Wall Street is that the stock market will find your weaknesses and then use them to destroy you." --James Dines.
The tapes are starting to play for all of us about now. How will we all respond to them? In truth, we can act or react no differently than WHAT WE ARE already. It is too late for one to create oneself now. The parable of the sheep and the goats...I'm sure you all are familiar with it, perhaps it is not all just about eternal damnation. Perhaps it is also about turning points in life. And with what is going on with the markets, this might well be one of those turning points we are all approaching. Are you going to go with the sheep or with the goats? Ironically, even though man has been given the gift of free will, the time to use one's free will has passed. When the tapes start playing, as they are now, people will react more on instinct than reason. How are your instincts? I put it to you that you are about to find out.
James Dines Again: The very function of a depression is to return money to its rightful owners. And who are those rightful owners? Quite simply, those who end up with the money." Perhaps we are about to find out that James (St. James, not James Dines) wasn't kidding when he said, "Faith without works is dead." We need to all ask ourselves, "What have been my works to get me here?" They have created our faith, and the faith each of us has is about to be powerfully tested. Bull
