In the 1970's, as the price of gold went up, the price of Juniors kept going down , year after year.

This had to be very perplexing for JPM investors back then,as it is very perplexing for us investors today.

But one thing you have to remember, is that all of a sudden, around 1979 these juniors started going ballistic and ended up peaking many months after the 875.00/ounce pinnacle of 1980. Many ordinary juniors went up ten, twenty, thirty fold with other better juniors going up a hundred or several hundred fold. Kimber is a quality junior that should easily out-perform most other juniors.

When gold went from 400.00/ounce to 850.00/ounce in 1979/1980, the Senior gold companies were absolutely swimming in money and where there are obscene profits, you will find every kind of opportunistic and greedy investor piling in to get a piece of the action.

This time should be even a bigger mania, because there is so much more money out there that could come into the sector. There are millions of new retail investors that can with the flick of a computer key, buy up as many shares in these gold stocks as they wish, while paying significantly lower broker's fees than in the seventies.

We are all dissapointed in the share prices of these stocks , but let's ride this thing to the end, and let's see if what the gold analysts have been saying all along will actually transpire... that is, that these JPM's will go to the moon...
