A breakout predicted on this board earlier this month, with KBX around 1.17, has not come to pass.
My question to the technical-oriented is what to make of today's fourth visit by KBX to the $1.00 or slightly less area in the past six weeks? The previous three have produced quick vaults to at least 1.10. Do we bounce again here?
