While waiting for the updated 43-101 I have been digging around in the SEC info.
I found a letter from Gordon Cummings to Rick Vernon of Blackmont Capital dated 8 July 2008.
In this letter, "Exibit A" lists the possible companies that Kimber may seek and buyout/joint venture with. Minefinders was top of the list.

The preference for Minefinders seems to supercede the letter dated 14 May 2007 in which Northgate seems to be the prefered suitor.

I am really hoping the new 43-101 is out soon. Sitting Bulls sources gave the first two weeks of November as the time line. Today (Tuesday) would have been a good day for a release, but with Veterans day upon us I guess it wasnt to be. Will it be out before the Thanksgiving holiday? I hope so. It definately needs to be out before the annual general meeting on dec 12, otherwise the only topic on investors minds will be where the heck is the 43-101. My preference for the AGM would be a discussion of the next steps after the completion of a massive increase in 43-101 resources.
