Bull, for purposes of discussion, I am going to disagree with your position (which I feel was a bit condescending, but I will chalk that up to the time of day that you responded). Overall, I agree with you, but we go by it on a different path.
As a listener of JP for 3 years now, and one who enjoys his perspective on 'assets in the ground', please recall a very important point that caused me to raise this issue here for discussion purposes. Back in the Spring and summer of 2007, both JP and Eric King were screamig for people to buy juniors and sit tight as we were entering the ascent of the juniors time frame. Now, no one can predict the market, and clearly no one could have seen the manipulation that took place in early July, but the juniors, as a result of this manipulation, have cratered in price and have languished in obscurity.
Now, to hear JP promote the producers and leave the juniors for the moment, I for one am very interested to confirm his ultimate philosophy so I can properly protect my current positions and hold with confidence.
Bringing up a point for discussion does not label me as one who flitters from hot sector to hot sector, nor does it paint me as a lemming who just follows the crowd.
JP was not talking about 'time' last year. Now, however, time and the market conditions, have changed drastically. Now, I also may not be the only one here who has these concerns. Therefore, raising these points for rational discussion seems like a prudent use of this forum. Otherwise, why are we here?
