Creating value through Exploration and Development in the Sierra Madre of Mexico
All: "Sit and wait." and "Be patient" appear to be singularly unpopular suggestions for most people, not just in this market, but in all markets during all times. If people hound you enough and press you for answers as to what to do today, not tomorrow but today, all sorts of suggestions can come out of your mouth.
Historically speaking, yes the majors have a better chance of moving up first before the juniors. I believe this is what Jim is pointing out. I also believe that he understands that the majority of his listenership wants to know right now what is going to happen with everything and when, so he is doing his best to assuage their itching ears.
If you believe in the gold bull market and the continuing deterioration of the dollar as a viable fiat curreny, as I do, then gold juniors are the place to be, especially a junior like Kimber. Might it take a little longer to get to where we want to go. Yes, of course. That's the nature of the game.
If you plan to die within the next year, I would probably not own Kimber. Otherwise, I see no reason to sell. You can't keep jumping around from thing to thing. Don't take everything Jim says as the last word. He is a man like you and I. He is thinking, reviewing constantly. He is writing a song, phrasing and rephrasing. Adding a note, removing a note.
Listen to the music. Don't endlessly scrutinize the work note by note. You'll drive yourself crazy. Jim is doing his best to sort the whole mess out, but by it's very nature, it is a mess. Sure there is manipulation and craziness, don't make it crazier by trying to jump in and out of stuff. Either you accept and believe in the story or you don't. If you do believe, then just sit tight. Nothing has changed with Kimber, except that the underlying fundamentals of the story and the compnay itself has gotten better. So read some good books and play baseball with your kids. Sit up on the deck of the ship and sail on. Bull
