All societies throughout history can basically be broken down into three classes. The poor, the middle class and the rich. That's it. Very simple. Another very important thing to know is that only two of these classes are necessary for the continuation of any society into the future.
Those two are the rich and the poor. The middle class is not necessary. For this reason, as economic cycles turn throughout history, the middle class continually gets wiped out. The methods will always be different, but the results will be the same.
Like an organism that needs lungs and brain to live, the middle class is the right or left arm, making a society more functional during different times, but unnecessary for survival. And survival is what, as the cycles of economic history move through time, at some key points becomes the only matter of importance. The rich provide the capital for all things to happen, and the poor provide the labor. The middle class is an anomaly, not really necessary. Once they move out of the status of the poor, they start buying big screen T.V.'s and Nintendo game sets, watching too much T.V. and basically become a drag on progress.
The middle class are the rich poor or the poor rich. A few can move up through the middle class and learn how to protect their wealth and, when a crisis comes, become rich, remain there for a few generations perhaps. Some rich, not realizing how fragile their position can become, revert back to the status of poor. But always, the middle class, by necessity gets wiped out.
The middle class is a perfect target, if one thinks about them. As a group, they are not smart enough to figure out what is going on. They don't have the resources to defend themselves, and they are willing to revert to the status of poor if need be, And need will soon be.
All of the 401K "wealth" that the middle class have accumulated is about to get wiped out. IT MUST BE SO. If you own stocks in a 401K and you are hoping as many of my relatives are that everything is about to come back. You need fool yourself no longer. You are about to lose everything. The rich are buying gold and silver and preparing for what is about to keep them rich until the next turn in the cycle, which might not be for another 60-80 years.
Get your money into gold and silver and mining properties, now. If you have to take a tax loss, then sell, but get out of stocks. We are gong to hyper-inflate, and you might even see your stocks go up for awhile, but the dollars they are defined in are going to be worthless within a relatively short time as economic cycles go.
Believe me, the rich know what is about to happen. Look at all the de-leveraging that has been going on, everything is being sold off to raise cash. Where do you think all that cash is going to go eventually? The fact that gold is up year after year, even in the face of all this selling of everything else needs to tell you something. Good luck, and may the Force be with you. Bull
