I have been buying small amounts of silver for about a year now from nwtmint. At first it was a 4-6 week delivery time. Then it became a 6-8wk., then a couple months ago a 10-12 week. Yesterday I got through, (after trying without success all day Friday) and they told me it would be atleast 14weeks with the stipulation that after 14 weeks they had another 30 days to deliver and if after that 30 day period if they couldn't deliver they would buy it back from me at the spot prices. Sure seems cheap for something that is so difficult to get.
