So, when I'm told that Bush is stupid and a failed president, I think, NO, that's not true! Bush may be one of the smartest and most successful presidents in American history.

Why? He got pretty much what he and his friends and family wanted. And, he achieved all this while convincing a lot of people that he cared deeply about them.
