I have an idea. The fact that RBC Bank is shorting Kimber is a matter of little importance to the higher ups there I am sure. Some underling is trying to get his division out of a mess that he got it into and is trying to keep his job at the same time. Go to RBC Bank's website and send a complaint email that you think it is unethical that their institution is shorting Kimber and get anybody you know to send a similar message. They have a CONTACT US link. I got something back from someone saying that he'd look into it. Maybe it's nothing, but maybe it is something. Didn't any of you watch "All The President's Men?" Big Institutions DO NOT like negative publicity and for the amounts of money we are talking about here, (Much to us, peanuts to them) they might just shut the whole operation down if people start noticing and posting things on the web.
