Maybe the military catastrophe you should look up should be the Battle of the Bulge, the Nazi's last desperate attempt to save the Fatherland from invasion.  The Allies had landed and had vastly superior firepower and manpower behind them, and yet the Nazi's fought on.  Look at those big volume spikes on the part of the shorts, trying to push this thing back down.  And less and less effort on the part of the longs to push it back up.  One gets the idea when looking at this game that the longs have become quite amused at what the shorts are doing now.  Their same tactics are no longer working  like they once did.  Perhaps that's because their not fighting the Belgians anymore, but the U.S. of A. (metaphorically speaking of course)  Just keep your eyes open for the next big offensive.  Hopefully will happen in the next week or so, maybe we'll have to wait a little longer.  SB
