I know this isn't quite what you're looking for, and I hope someone posts a site with a rigorous comparison of Canadian juniors, but one source of names is Puplava Securities quarterly 13F-HR holdings form:

From what I've seen, the serious analysis of stocks is usually only available through subscription services like Doug Casey's Internatinoal Speculator, or Jason Hommel's Silver newsletter.
Another option is to open an account with Peter Schiff's europacific. He has stated that his personal money is heavily weighted towards gold stocks & juniors, and with an account there you can call up his brokers and find out what the current Schiff stock recommendations are (and I don't think there's any minimum account size).
