Kerr Mines Details $5 Mln Non-Brokered Private Placement
09:59 AM EDT, 06/16/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Kerr Mines Inc. (KER.TO) is down 6.25% after announcing a private placement offering of approximately 27.7 million at $0.18 per Unit for gross proceeds of $5 million. The Company will use the net proceeds from the Offering to finance its exploration program at its flagship Copperstone Mine in Arizona.
The Offering is scheduled to close on or about June 30, 2017 and the Company may complete the total Offering in one or more tranches.
