Like I said before. No employee at KWG has received a salary in three years. The last 2 years they have received Debenchers which they cannot sell till the company allows it. No cash has been received by any employee

Question: Would you work for no pay, unless you thought there was an equitable outcome?????

The 5 directors do not get $100K. They receive a small fraction of that (could not find the exact amount). And they also revieve Debenchers and are only compensated per meeting

As far as the pref shares. This is there only tool to buy when an opportunity arrives. We know Frank has been to Turkey on a number of occasions  and looking at revenue producing chromite mines. Frank can only do something that is beneficial to all shareholders. That's his fuduciary duty. And Frank is one of our largest shareholders

So please give Frank all the tools at his disposal. He is not here to screw us. He is simply trying his best for all shareholders,,,,including himself
