I agree.   I will vote NO for this as well and I have way more than a million.  I would encourage other investers to do the same.  What happened to the super stock? KWG must do something which is tangible first.  Prefered shares in the CSE not even in the Venture Market? This is just to pay for all these directors that have no subortinates working for them!!
