Message: Mining Minute Question to Frank

I would really like hear Frank talk about one of KWG's largest shareholders......Noront.  It would be very interesting to hear Frank's views on KWG's relationship with them, because it is very rarely brought  up in conversation, eventhough their practically  joined at the hip with one another in certain respects.  I would like to say that both companies are cheering one another on, but I don't think that exists.  Frank's facial expressions from one Mining Minute episode to the next, and the manner in which he speaks, tells me that these two companies are more foe, than friend.   KWG has formed their partnership with Marten Falls, but IMHO now is the time for KWG to swallow their pride and approach Noront to form a JV as well.  Unless someone here can convince me to think different....

I have heard very little about KWG's gas reduction patent for some time now. Tell me.  Where does it lie in the thick of all of this?  Because without its advancement the company is essentially a one horse show.  Black Horse.  Their other claim is really not their's at all (only 30% owned), and the horse they do own, which is currently still owned by others, is still sitting all alone a distance from the main chromite herd.  Not to mention a distance away from Noront's future Eagles Nest / Blackbird mining complex, which will no doubt be the first chromite resource in the Ring of Fire to be mined.  In the right circumstances environmental permitting of Black Horse could be done in unison with the Blackbird deposit.  Again, this could all be possible provided KWG chooses to join forces with Noront, and an underground connection is established with Noront's proposed complex ; Blackbird to Black Horse.I know this has been mentioned in the past, but my sense now is that KWG may have approached Noront before on this issue of JV and they refused.  OR Perhaps Noront did the same and KWG refused.

No matter....The situation now IMO calls for KWG to seriously think about their next move....Especially, in the sense of how long it will take for them to make it.  The longer they wait the more of a takeover target they will become to Noront....At some point not even the Chinese will be able to protect them from that, because by then it will be too late.

All IMHO.
