Great news release. The fact that this study has been shared confidentially with other parties and the second study funded by the 2 levels of government has been completed, serves to focus the attention on the lack of action on the part of the provincial government.

I know there are a lot of fingers in the pie but you have to feel there is enough information for the province to put together a "detailed" request for federal funds from the outstanding infrastructure pool waiting for projects.

This is IMHO but lets hope we can start to see some from both the Gov and FN's as they both stand to accrue large scale benefits from getting this "right now"...
