Next we need Trudeau and Ontario to announce that the E/W road is going in. And we need to secure financing to complete Black Horse. Then wait for the results of the CBFS on the railroad.

After that, enter into an Offtake Agreement that allows for moving forward on everything else (FS, PEA, EA).

I think that's the approximate order for the timeline.

So much for my timeline. Let's hope that KWG has another ace up their sleeve. There's going to be some significant frustration among investors this week as a result of the inconclusive road study.
