Traveled with them and have reported on what i heard and saw. They want the chromite and as the vice chairman said to the heads of the Development Corporation of Ontario the People's Bank of China will fund the building of the railroad making an announcement 60 days after the feasibility study is complete which in their estimation should be finished in about 3 more months. So we can expect funding announcements in about 5 months .They mentioned funding payment by kwg could be by payment of chromite over many years possibly 50 to 80 years. To yet be negotiated. As the new class of 300 shares being created with unlimited numbers and sold i believe it will cause dilution . Even to the point where big funds may by in by the millions of dollars without taking over 20% of the share structure because as they buy in increments the outstanding share count will rise keeping them under the take over target. I question the method of raising money with the proxy vote as i believe when the government announces shortly the road study completion it will greatly raise all ring companies. Through my contacts i believe that kwg is now in reciept of some kind of proposal from a Chinese entity and has been for a few weeks. Is this Material Information? I do not know as kwg has not released this info to the share holders as of yet. If so, should this information be released before the proxy is voted on? I believe so but as yet it has not. Will this information along with government announcements effect the share price? I believe so. In the latest Mining Minute it was not yet disclosed. Maybe it is still under negotiations but then that should be disclosed especially now when the proxy outcome may be effected by it. Should the proxy vote be suspended untill after these announcements? Maybe, as the outcomes might effect the existing share price where a 300 to 1 is unnecessary. I belive in kwg . If the share price goes up now we investors profit NOW, not in five years after the rail is built and the mine may be running.
