Noront said at the meeting that they would support a 3-to-1 reverse split, but not the supershare proposal.

A 3-to-1 reverse would not create a marginable stock, although it would certainly bring the number of shares outstanding down to a slightly more reasonable number. Somewhat close to the number that Noront has outstanding.

I'm not suggesting that Frank is about to try for a reverse split next.
