"No fractional Multiple Voting Share will be issued pursuant to the exchange of Subordinate Voting Shares for Multiple Voting Shares; any fractional Multiple Voting Share which would otherwise be issued shall be rounded down to the next whole share and a certificate for Subordinate Voting Shares will be issued for such excess number of Subordinate Voting Shares not so exchanged."
