Goodheart, much thanks for your post. With all the rah rah about this, from many on this site and SH it is good to see some realism behind this. We need some positive news to get the shareprice up and give the shareholder a break and then, and only then, will the shareholders benefit. Why such a large number, 300 to 1? come on, last year it was 50 to 1. As far as Margin goes, I can personally tell all, watch out. I got burned so bad in the late teens on Margin calls, both on the TSX and Nasdaq and that is why now I can only play the penny stocks such as this one. We have way to much secrecy on what is going on, all we hear continously from Bruce is " big news coming". Give us some big news and let us then decide whether one should vote in favour or against this proposal. Just my spin on KWG and this lastest, annual gimmick from management. rj
