Agreed and a few more long points as to why I feel KWG wins... - the gov't will not be part of this deal and neither will Canadain tax payers except in the spin off eccicnomical businesses (I had mentioned years ago, as Hebe on this board, that the Gov't had better be careful about how they handle this or they could find themselves not included! Well new from them this week confirmed it. Dad for me as a Canadian by happy because the Gov't is so lost they don't deserve to be part of it. Just wait for the movie "Fire starter"' I know nothing more about it, other than obviously it's about the ROF, but now I think it will be an explanation as to how hard KGW tried to work with Gov't but had no choice but to go to chinia because they would not move for 11 years on the FN issues. - Frank purposely stake the Railway right of way with the intend of fending off cliffs (to redeem themselves with FN, as Kwg had brought them in & couldn't get them on board with the only way the ROF could move ahead) & handing it to FN so they can control what was happening in their territory. Remember when KWG were taking drill samples & FN were all up in arms & then suddenly went silent about it. Well I think Frank had told them back then that they will have control, & this news this week gives them that control in writing.i - FN & KWG have everything they need to move ahead without any help from anyone but the Chinese deal. They can finance it, engineer it, build it, do the environmental approvals on it, mine it, smelter it, & sell the processed metal for 200 years & they never ever, ever have to sell it! & the most important point... They don't need anyone's approval to do it! Welcome the new Kings of Canada, they will be richer than the Gov't itself! Chief Day has said that the Canadian Gov't will never again under estimate the power of FN's. Strong words backed by the supream court! This is why Harper wouldn't move ahead because he felt the price for Canada as a whole was to high... In my opinion the only chance he had was to push it though as a "international security to canada" but he didn't & now the Gov't has all lost control, not that even that could have worked, but it was a chance back then, but not now. - remember back when, I believe the backers of Noront, turned the jackles on the cliffs board & eventually cracked them. They ended up selling the cliffs claims, 250 million invested, to NOT for the 25 million or so? Well this was a huge turning point for KWG & Frank even said so! I was wondering why he would think that after all KWG didn't get the claims? Well I came to the conclusion that when that transaction happened FN's tried to buy it and were very up set that Noront pulled some strings & FN didn't get a chance or lost out on buying those very same claims! Hummmm. Now today all the NOT investers are wondering why Allan isn't doing anything??? Why that's because he can't do anything!!! $685,000 in salary per yr. & he has no more control over NOT's fate then you or I do.... FN will let NOT turn in the wind until they now follow the presidence set by KWG, giving up half there claims or they don't move ahead & KWG buys them out cheep just like they did to cliffs. How ironic! Wow! - us (I say us because I hold both stocks) NOTsers will realize very soon that it isn't Allan's fault that he can't move Noront forward! FN won't play ball!!! It's obvious or why wouldn't NOT take KWG out, already having a large position in KWG, well because FN won't deal with anyone else but Frank, Richard and the rest of the old boys. As a Noront share holder that makes me considered but now seeing that Allan is cutting his losses getting behind the KWG plan & trying to get his head around the fact that he has been moved to th back burner. He has know choice but to go with it or loose it all! - Noront drills in his past spring & comes out with dismal hits???? Really!!! Why?? They just said they found 3 more deposits the same size or bigger than Eagles nest??? That would make Eagles nest area worth around $40 billion? Well IMHO they don't want to bring the hipe now that they realized that they are no longer in control! I bet we wait for these results quiet awhile.... And Allan saying that the 250 million of drilling by Cliffs didn't hit any Nickle, copper, platinum, palidum ect. Is rediculous to me. He said they were drilling for Chrome & it wasn't in the right area??? Really because I remember in one of KWG's last drill results that they hit 1 meter of rare earth metal, 60% Nickle, while drilling for Chrome in the same area???? Sorry I don't buy his BS! - I think another reason why KWG will win is.... Because Frank said they would! Go back & check out the "mining minutes" episodes that he has been making. He said straight faced plain as day. We will win & we will be making stainless steel in northern Ontario! It's not cocky or airgant... It's confidence! Why would someone say such bold statements without knowing KWG could do it? Well because of the relationship of Frank, Richard, Novak (spider) & Harvey Freewest)! They have worked in the area for 30 years, they know FN, & they have been there friends for a very long time. They know the wrongs that have been committed against FN even more so since the discovery to try to steal it out from under them. Just like they know that Ricard was kicked out of NOT & that it wasn't right & Novack out of spider way cheaper than it should have gone for! Like an upside-down elephant FN's will never forget!
