There was something about a trust fund of $13M (from de Beers operation) according to the CBC. This remark was attributed to Michael Gravelle, the Minister. So, what the Minister has been doing with the trust fund? Note: In an earlier version, the CBC reported Gravelle was saying that $2M was distributed to Attawapsikat, but Gravelle said "he did not say that". So, what did he say, Anyone?
