By the way, and of minor interest, originally CLF went to the Minister of Natural Resources about their road plans, and he referred the dispute about use of KWG's surveyed line along the esker claims to the Mining Commissioner.

The whole long drawn litigation could have been circumvented if the Minister (at that time, was that Mr Gravelle?) had Got it Right. Now it has come full circle, back in the Minister of Natural Resources lap, though that is now a different individual.
