Wouldn't that be a kick in teeth for Canada, the 2 most populous countries in the world coming over to Canada and building a railroad and a shipping port that we should build!!!

What ever happened to the Canadian adventurer and entropronure...... oops I forgot we now have BOTH Federal and Provincial short comings (I am not meaning only financial)
