A better question would be how long everything would take to get approved if they decide to go ahead. They would still potentially need several years for the FS, PEA, EA if a simple railroad was subject to the same requirements as a mine. If the Chinese indicate a potential interest in helping move the project forward with a railroad and smelter, I'd say that we're looking at at least 4.5 years.
