How much depends mostly on cost; if ROF chromite or ferro-chrome is considered by buyers to be equal or better quality than other producers, then price is all that matters. IF the KWG process works at lower cost, then potentially a big chunk of the world market.

According to Yidirim (Turkey) the global total production in 2015 will be 11.69million MT of ferrochrome, which they estimate will be short of consumption by 150,000MT, at 11.84million MT. Price currently around $1.97/kg or $1,970 MT (Oct 2015)

The world production of chromite (2014) is around 29.4 million MT. Prices are in US dollars, at about $230 per ton. Varies a bit depending on quality.

This chart gives a lower total for world production, but shows the competition (2012 figures).

Some time ago a figure of, I think, 4 million tons per year of chromite was given as possible ROF production. Can't remember CLF's figures for their road, but I do remember they said probably 100 truckloads a day would carry their chromite from Black Thor. Size of these trucks? Dunno, but at 50 tons each, that'd be 5,000 tons a day for maybe 300 days a year, or 1,500,000 tons/year. Double that if their trucks were intended to be 100 tons each.
