Why, because KWG has just lit a ring of fire under both NOT, Gravelle/Wynne/Ont Liberals and the Feds to get something going on the NS route or loose the revenues from the NS route to the Chinese and possibly any revenues from the chromite. KWG does not need any permission to build a RR on their claims and they are about $20million ahead of NOT when it comes to surveying the route for a road. Didn't NOT pay just over $20 mil for the Cliffs claims? Where are they going to get another $20 mil to survey and soil tests?
