In reality THIS is what should be of concern to all ROF holders. Each party NEEDS as many votes as possible and none of them are adverse to "buying" votes by promising goodies for all. All reports indicate that investing in the ROF specifically will create wealth for all participants for many years to come. It should be a politicians dream campaign item and a leaders primary economic offering. Something is missing and the quiet on ROF activity being justified by "getting it right" (ont Libs) - no private entity has stepped forward (Rickford)" are simply delaying tactics.

Have personally come to the conclusion that this is NOT a political issue putting the Ont Libs against the Feds. Land ownership, resource rights, and the inability of govs for decades to resolve these issues have come to a head which has resulted in a stalemate. The courts are dealing with these issues on an adhoc basis but in most of the adjudicated cases the claims of the Fns have been upheld to certain degrees. Nobody wants to open up pandora's box because once it's open they can't turn back. No major corp wants to get involved in any major way unless and until this is resolved and workable guidelines are established.
