Something tells me we have yet to hear from our FNs. They may have more influence in where the money goes than you think. Every year the voters in Southern Ontario complain about the little they don't have and the little bit more they have to pay for it. I am not saying that it is all fair and equal, but the FNs have been a have not society for too long, and regardless of who should be to blame for this their time has now come to receive more from those that have. Meaning it is time for Southern Ontario to finally pay its dues to the North, where a great deal of its wealth comes from. So to all of those people in Southern Ontario I say," You duhs don't have a clue where all the dough comes from anyway. Nor do you care about improving the lives of our FNs or even your own lives for the matter. Do you."

I exclude all my fellow forum members when I say this about Southern Ontario.
