This feels like a desperation NR. Reality is this could have been completed anytime following the first announcement when they purchased 50%. More sh dilution, no $$ to prove up the technology, no sign of the 2 interested companies that were to support KWG in moving this technology forward worldwide as their supposed interest had nothing directly to do with theROF only the technology. Had KWG gotten the support there would be no reason not to include in the nr. What we get ...only this:

KWG remains on the sidelines on progressing the ROF forward waiting for NOT to call them in from the sidelines. Not a promising or a sound financially viable position to be in.
