Just received my Gen Meeting Package and "Share Consolidation" Proposal front & centre.
Debate on SH Re SC has been ongoing for past week or so and I feel it may be time for us at AG to weigh-in with our thoughts, etc. At first, I was of the opinion that with the shares trading at .015 the past week or so, And this AM even the .015 bid was in danger of being replaced by new bid of .01, what do we have to lose? But after a bit of hindsight, now feel differently. We have gone through multiple trys by Management to implement this so called "Share Consolidation" in various forms for the past several years and each time it has been voted down by shareholders. As mentioned continously by at least one poster on SH, our management team are very well renumerated for their "efforts"?, on our behalf. I am now of the opinion that, at least in my case, I want a worthwhile explanation by Mr. Smeenk, possibly in one of his frequent AG interviews given to George, all the reasons why this is a must do for KWG. We have heard in the past, that we would hear something definite re partnership and other good news to be in place by last Christmas. Nothing further mentioned. We have heard that talks would be held with Noront when they took over Cliffs, which should have been done by now, again nothing. I believe we are being kept in the dark by management and feel if they want us, or just me, to risk my remaining pitiful investment in KWG to continue with the current status quo without a very good reason to vote for the Share Consolidation, I feel I must say no. I sincerely invite others to join in this debate and as always, on AG our debates are civilized and enlightened. Please, if you do join in, and plan on saying yes or no, tell the rest of us why you are doing so, then hopefully "fencesitters" like me can have some kind of measure of confidence when they make their decision, it will be for the right reason. Thanks, rj
