Curious...as in the budget from the Feds.....no mention of the E/W transportation study. Would have thought that would have been used by Gravelle to imply progress???

Is the E/W corridor being purposely played down now that Moonias et al have challenged the decision by NOT to delay chromite mining for 5 years????
