"Aroland First Nation and Marten Falls First Nation created an agreement for a North-South Alliance to effectively engage and develop Ring of Fire chromite assets, and necessary infrastructure, in collaboration with other Matawa member First Nations and progressive private sector partners."

It appears their ideas are so out of touch with reality that Cliffs was willing to walk away after investing $500 million, rather than become the "progressive private sector partner". If they continue to make unrealistic "demands", there will be no development whatsoever of these particular chrome assets.
