Certainly the clearing up of ownership of major chromite claims in the ROF is a good thing. Now all parties no who they need to deal with/thru.

But in reality this changes very little...NOT doesn't have the financial resources to proceed with ANY mine regardless of whether it is chromite or nickel or..... All they are doing is paying for the deposits. Cliffs as bad as they were originally had the financial wherewithall to get the mines built. ROF still needs a major entity(s) to fund the mining.

Another point I would make, Franco Nevada bought a chromite royalty for $20Mil just the same thing that KWG did a few years back selling their 1% royalty on the 30% BD holding for $18Mil to Anglo Pacific.
