Thanks GM for the info.

To answer your question, unfortunately at least for me it doesn't help much.

1) " the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") was unable to grant a similar waiver." Wasn't KWG's choice to go to CSE, they had no choice if they wanted to pay Bol by shares. KWG has been listed on the CSE all this time anyway.

2) "will postpone work needed to be done until mid September":..not exactly a reeming endorsement for the sp or for attracting investors

3) Nothing has changed with any fundamentals and we are securing the Black Horse claims which locks us as the biggest/best chromite company in the ROF not to mention the PGMS and working towards 100% ownership in Black Horse - but imo that's the problem..nothing HAS changed. The focus seems to have been shifted to Black Horse at the expense of Big Daddy and Cliffs. We don't at this point even know for sure whether KWG has filed the appeal for the route. Have they abandoned this as a losing prospect. Was portrayed as something that the "industry" was very concerned about..but seems that KWG was left to challenge it alone. Of bigger concern is that it seems that chromite is becoming second cousin to Noront's nickel in the view of the Libs and Feds as this is the low hanging fruit. When was the last time mention or for that matter any mention was made of the patent processing other than from KWG. Would think that the Libs or the feds might have at least acknowledged this as a possibility but not a peep. You'd think a potential revolutionary process that would lead to production facilities in the area, which is one issue of importance as opposed to shipping to a foreign country for processing, would be of value even if only for political currency.

4) several companies have called KWG recently and are interested in working together with KWG, these are different from the 2 companies/partners which have been in talks with KWG already.....With the C of C "F" rating update and the E/W road study announcement putting the ROF front and centre in the media, now is the time for KWG et al to insert themselves while the spotlight is on the area and outline what exactly has been going on re: forces that have lined up against them. Apply pressure to the govs to commit to support a cdn co.. Where/what is happening with the other players in the ROF that Frank inplied need to have a "discussion with". Show that KWG has these partners that are equal to or even better than Noront. Do the feds or the Libs know of who these cos are..if not why not.

Too many questions and it appears that they don't have or won't reveal the answers. Bruce is very accomodating and does provide answers that he can but he is after all a company PR guy. What is RBL communications that were brought on board a couple of months ago doing thru all this. Prior to this release, the last "update" from KWG was the DDI shs for debt in Jan. Not exactly valuable insight in my mind.

I keep asking myself, has Frank thru his various plans and "I have a solution" position actually alienated KWG from the ROF players. We must remember that it was KWG that held up the progress in the NS road and perhaps blame has been attached to them by more than just the Libs..Rickford said at one point that it wasn't necessary for the easement request to go to the commission..implying that the Libs could have simply designated the road as "common use" and tied up KWG in the courts for a long time if challenged...if indeed they could have been a challenge at all. This would not have avoided the Cliffs meltdown precipitated by the reducton in commdodity prices and there east coast holdings but probably would have allowed Cliffs to sell/or leverage the chromite assets as the access hurdle would have been negated and they had all parties and gov'ts( am sure feds would have gotten on board) except KWG, on board. At one time we were provided info on KWG dealings/conversations/assistance to the Fns. Nothing of this nature has been forthcoming for quite a while. How do the Fns view KWG as a partner. Noront seesm to have taken the main position with the funding for training and the apparent 400 graduates, one of which is actually working in the Noront camp. This comment from Moe Lavine as part of the panel following the C of C report might be viewed by some (fn) to be miss directed..(or pehaps just frustration showing from Moe)

"Moe Lavigne, the vice-president of junior miner KWG Resources, which also has a presence in the Ring of Fire, said disagreement among the 12 Matawa First Nations located near the Ring of Fire deposits, in the James Bay lowlands, has slowed negotiations to a crawl.

“One of the most important things is that the First Nations we're dealing with resolve to speak to us as one,” Lavigne said. “There's no unity in their voice.”

To conclude my ramblings here, KWG needs to put all it's cards on the table. I am not one who belives that there are big things happening on the background because with the E/W road and the TGR Rail proposition announcements the table is set with what appears to be a consensus from all parties for a major push co-ordinating ALL these options. People talk about commodity prices..I am no expert but think the timeline for the mine(s) to be up and running is at least 5 - 10 years. That's a long time and don't think the Vales or Rio Tintos or the Xstratas of the world or for that matter the foreign producers think about prices today or tomorrow. Do believe that there might be interest if things fall into place but am concerned this could eventually mean KWG getting frozen out. There is no reason to conclude that Black Horse will be mined before the BD is...If there is a big boy(s) looking to buy Cliffs chromite, they will lead the project. Perhaps in this scenario Black Horse will sell to the buyer(s)of BD eventually but eventually seems such a long time away. Or has Frank put the Black Horse deposit, presumably a much richer chromite deposit, on the front burner(plan 256) to attract interest and perhaps look to sell KWG's position in the BD deposit along with Cliffs as a package deal(lord knows KWG can't finance buying Cliffs chromite assets and appears at least at this point no one else is either..probably because they are land locked with no apparent forseeable viable future plan leading to unlock it. The mantra which was relayed by all parties at one time or another that I keep in mind is...

"THE ROF ORE ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE..IT'LL STILL BE THERE 100 HUNDRED YEARS FROM NOW"
