"Canada Chrome Corporation may now file its Notice of Appeal on or before January 30, 2015 and perfect its appeal thirty days thereafter, on or before March 2, 2015. The respondent, a Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. subsidiary, may then file its responding factum and compendium sixty days thereafter.
